Returns and Refunds
If you simply change your mind or are not entirely happy with a product, for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange, credit or a refund providing it is unused and still in as new condition and the packaging is intact.
Please note that as of 01/08/2015 there is no ‘restocking’ charge however you must pay for your own return shipping costs. If we provided free shipping when your order was sent, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund which will be promptly paid back onto the credit card that was originally used or via PayPal if this was your method of payment.
Returns for a refund will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase and a copy of the purchase receipt must be provided. Items in this offer include motorcycle clothing such as helmets, jackets, pants, boots and gloves so long as they have only been tried on for fit and show no signs of wear (eg soles of boots) and all tags and packaging are still intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns of electrical items unless they are claimed to be faulty.

If you feel a product is faulty or has suffered shipping damage, you must contact us before returning the item. We will either repair, exchange or refund your purchase price plus your return shipping costs. In some circumstances (such as where the fault may not be obvious) it may be necessary for us to return a product to the manufacturer or distributor for assessment or testing. A copy of your purchase receipt and invoice must be included with the returned product.
Insurance for Loss or Damage in Transit
Our service includes free insurance for damage or loss in transit however this is only available for shipments from Aussie Biker or its suppliers to you the customer. Please contact us immediately to report any damage & retain packaging in case this is required for inspection. Any item shipped back to us for refund or warranty must be insured by the sender to be covered for loss.
Orders within Australia are generally shipped via Australia Post eParcel which is an automated registered post mail system. Sometimes we ship items directly from our suppliers who may use carriers other than Australia Post, such as Toll/Ipec. Most orders are shipped within one to three business days however if there is going to be a delay for any longer than this, we will let you know. With dispatched orders the most common reason for a delay is that a parcel has been carded to the nearest post office & the notification card has either been missed by the recipient or not left by the Australia Post parcels delivery contractor. Please email us if you need your shipping consignment number. You can then phone Australia Post on 131318 or track your order at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html if your order has not arrived in a timely manner.
